Exactly what you need
Not the shortfall divided by what's left — a real solver run against your actual grade model, drop-lowest rules and all. And it tells you plainly when a target has closed.
StudentOS AI reads your syllabi and builds the gradebook, the deadlines, the study plan and the topic list behind them — then tells you exactly what you need on what's left. No guessing, and no promises it can't keep.
How it works
The whole loop is built to remove re-typing. Everything your syllabus already says, you should never have to enter twice.
Drop in a PDF or DOCX syllabus. StudentOS extracts the courses, deadlines, grading weights, policies and topics.
You confirm what it found before anything is created. An AI reading of your syllabus is a draft, not a fact.
It lays your ranked work over the hours you said you're free — and never schedules anything after its deadline.
Enter grades and answer practice questions. Every projection, risk flag and mastery score updates from real data.
Features
Every figure on every screen comes from one composed snapshot, so the dashboard, the gradebook and the AI can never quote you different versions of the same number.
Not the shortfall divided by what's left — a real solver run against your actual grade model, drop-lowest rules and all. And it tells you plainly when a target has closed.
Work is ordered by urgency, grade impact, course risk, mastery gap and effort — and every row shows the breakdown. Ranked output you can't question is output you stop trusting.
A 91% with three untouched deadlines is in worse shape than an 84% that's caught up. Course health weighs what's coming, not only what's banked.
Grounded in your course's own topics and materials, with six teaching modes — and instructions to say so when a question falls outside what it was given.
Generated quizzes feed a per-topic mastery score that the planner, the risk model and the tutor all read. One right answer isn't mastery, and it's scored that way.
Your stated availability, your focus pattern, your session length. Anything that won't fit comes back with a reason instead of quietly disappearing.
What it won't do
Students stop trusting a tool the first time it's confidently wrong. These four refusals are written into the product, not the marketing.
It states what a target requires and whether it's still mathematically reachable. When the arithmetic has closed, it says so and helps you re-aim.
A topic with nothing measured, an exam with no linked material, a goal with nothing graded yet — each gets a sentence explaining what's missing, never a bar at 0%.
A class time it can't read confidently stays as the raw text from your syllabus. A meeting plotted at the wrong hour is worse than one not plotted at all.
Practice questions it can't attribute to a topic are reported to you, not silently ignored. Reconstructed history is labelled as reconstructed.
Upload a single course and see the gradebook, deadlines and study plan it builds. Add the rest whenever you're ready.
